Comments on this Consulate-General
These ppl never answer the phones, they don't know anything and worst of all need my passport n it has been a year n still waiting. I am sad to say, ppl like them makes us look bad as a country. The government should help us instead of holding us back. Sad, sad, sad.
need my passport and don't have cedula or birth certificate only my old passport and my licence green card I'm a resident and need to travel to las bahamas what can I do to get my passport.
Horrible when it comes to get in contact with the embassy. No one ever answers the phone. I have been trying to contact someone via telephone for the past month. I even sent out an e-mail and have yet to get an answer.
Quiero visitar la familia en Guate pero mi pasaporte esta expirado soy residente, quiero saber si tengo que renovarlo en el consulado o que honda. y cuanto tiempo se tarda para sacar otro. espero respuesta.
my mother needs her passport to go to her homeland. She's been waiting for almost four months and no resonds from the consulats. Please we need a responds now!. thank you.
The Guatemalan decision to recognize a state with two governments, one of them identified as a terrorist group is very "UNFORTUNATE", I'm referencing to the creation of the palestinian state. Search for information on the Hammas group and you will get shocked

I have tried calling every day for the last two weeks, and no one will answer the phone.
No one seems to be available to answer the phone at this consulate. I would suggest they should add another line or two, and be more productive that way. Please help!
I'm going to Costa Rica and I'll be 5 hours in Guatemala to transfer airplane. Can I go out and come back. I'm an american citizen. Thank you.
