I want to verify if the above company exists in Ghana ,they send me an appointment letter for a job offer.Now they are claiming $290 for Express Courier deliver fee $200 and vaccination fee $90.is it true or scam?

IS THERE MALAWI EMBASSY IN GHANA
Is there a Ghana Embassy here in Malawi where one can apply for Visa
project rig oil and gas ltd offers me a contract. Am asked to take an oath with high court of justice Ghana, given the attorney to assist he asks for $330/- to process an application. Benefits are unbelievable and quite luring as they promise to reimburse any costs i incur in my effort to join them. This was quite confusing but now i need not ask more questionsash i seemany othet cases like mine reported here.
Does the Lubcon Ghana Ltd is existing in Ghana. they require me to secure oath application from Ghana higher court of justice to be process by certain attortney and requiring me to give me 630 USD. Is this true or scam?
