Please Embsay I like to know when do you want to give me my passport? Since 9th November up to date
I couldn't get it. I spend over 8 to 9 hours to you In your office you told me you have been sent it already so there's nothing you can do or if I don't understood i should take a lawyer to fight for me or I should pay another extra money again 120€ top of 270 € I have been already paid and I did it .when I call no one pick up . Now there's no booklet oh Ghana .please do something for us Embsay of Ghana to get our passports.

Lazy people
How can a woman who stole money as a sports minister be appointed as an ambassador. What is her background? what does she know about International relationship?
These foolish people can not even give us passports. They call themselves workers and are been paid by that foolish Mahama government.

Bad customer services
I am applying for a Ghanaian visa for my son.acvirding to the new directives application is done online and payment is done at the bank and the proof is added with other documents and sent to the embassy.i did all these, paid for expedite services and when I called to follow up one rude lady answered and told me If I wanted expedite services I should have travelled to Berlin to drop the application personally when that was not stated on the site.what kind of training are these people given before they are hired.if I don't receive my visa before entering date of travel, they should get ready for me.
