Please, I'm a Ghanaian but presently attending university in Poland. I have decided to change my surname;based on the complexity in its pronunciation.I would like to know the processes involved since Berlin has jurisdiction over Warsaw Consulate.
Besides, I have tried, for the past one month and more, to reach the Ghanaian consulate in Warsaw, but without a success. Please could you kindly inform me about the current location of the Ghanaian consulate in Warsaw?
