The Time Period To Process A Short Stay Schengen Visa?

I live and work in Sebha-Libya. I'm ready to come to Tunisia and apply for a short stay Schengen visa to visit my family in Germany, but I'd like to know how long it takes to process it so I may know how long I'll stay in Tunis. That is to know the number of days to book my hotel and my flight.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Ich Burkhard Blarr geboren am 16.12.1949 in Berka/Werra Deutschen Passport in attach, habe Herrn Mahrez Sassi zau mir nach Hannover eingeladen, weil er im Juni Hochzeit haben wird. Ich bin ein guter Freund der Famile besonders seines Vaters Mohamed Sassi and Mutter Fatum Sassi.

Ich moechte ihn in Deutschalnd fuer dieses besonder Fest ausstatten und deshalb kommt er nach Hannover auch soll er meien Familie kennenlernen weil wir dann im Juni alle in Tunis zur Feier sein warden. Ich habe in Hannover die Unterlagen ausgefuellt udn die Originale nach Tuunesien gesandt.

Herr Mahrez Sassi ist am 14.12.1984 geboren Passportinhaber Nr.R 302447, expire date 03/10/2017 wohnhaft 114 Rue El Khir Nouvelle Medina 1 Ben Arous 2063 Tunis.

Er hatte appointment in ihrer Botschaft 18gesagt, dass alle Unterlagen komplett sind, nur sein ge/02/2013 und es wurde ihalt zu niedrig sei, die Bundesrepublik zu besuchen.

Er hat ihnen ein Returnticket eingereichten, das ser dieses auch nutzen wird und ich versichere ihnen, das ser nach Tunesien zurueckkehren wird, denn er will im Juni heiraten. In Deutschalnd komme ich fuer alle Kosten auf Unterkunft, Lebensunterhalt und ich werde ih auch am Flughafen in Frankfurt abholen, damit ihm keine Kosten enstehen. Er wird sich maximal 14 Tage oder 21 Tage bei mir aufhalten

Ich denek unter all diesen gegebheiten sollte mein bezahtes Geld in Hannover fuer die Dokumente nicht umsonste gewesen sein. Mein Gehalt ist in den Unterlagen dokumentiert, ich arbeite fuer die Oilfirma Schlumberger Limited.

Ich moechte sie bitten seinem Visa Antrag positive zu entscheiden, damit ich auch meine Planung fuer seinen Besuch und die Reise nach Tunis vorbereiten kann.
