German embassy has been closed before the date of my appointment !
I could not apply from tripoli .
May I apply for visa from Tunisia ?
Because I have bussinis and have to be in Frankfurt on September !

My mother is sick, and we have received invitation to visit a hospital in Germany, and they send the invitation letter to the German ambssaden in Tripoli but they are now closes. We need a visa for my mother now for her health is not good. can you be kind and say what can we do you.
