I have 2 years of experience working in hospital in Libya.
Since I came back to Bosnia on 28th of October last year I am searching for a job in Germany and still didn't get.

Bei Bewerbungen von ausländischen Arbeitnehmern haben wir erstens immer Probleme bei der Anerkennung der Berufsabschlüsse durch unsere Aufsichtsbehörde, und zweitens die Frage der Arbeitserlaubnis und Aufenthaltserlaubnis.
Insbesondere die Frage der Arbeitserlaubnis und Aufenthaltserlaubnis müsste bereits im Heimatland mit der deutschen Botschaft dort geklärt werden. Dies ist meistens sehr schwierig.
Außerdem würde, nach unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen, Ihr in Bosnien erworbener Berufsabschluss in Deutschland nicht anerkannt werden. Daher käme nur eine Tätigkeit als Pflegehelferin in Frage, wofür es wahrscheinlich keine Arbeitserlaubnis geben wird.
Wir sehen daher, wegen der genannten Probleme, derzeit keine Möglichkeit Ihnen eine Arbeitsmöglichkeit anzubieten.

Every day I hear that people from my country go to Germany as nurses and doctors,HOW? I will start to think that there is so much corruption here that we must give money to local employment bureau to get job.
