Dear Sir / Madam!

I have Italian normal permesso di soggiorno(Motivi familiari)for two years and after the expiry date that i have to renew my permesso di soggiorno.

So, My first question is, can i work in Germany Under my normal permesso di soggiorno (Motivi familiari)?.

My second question is, if i have unico permesso di soggiorno of Italy. So, can i work in Germany?

I am Mr Simon Bertran FOGHAM, Cameroonian permanantly resident in Italy and holder of an unlimited work contract, I would like to sign a VERPFLICHTUNGSERKLARUNG for my younger brother Mr Nescelin TSAGUE, student in the International Master Program in Computational Engineering at the Rostock University, Germany in order to extand his residence permit in Germany.
