To whom may concern,
I had a trip last year (11.04.2012) in Frankurt and I didn't know that with my student permesso which was expiered I shouldn't go there so the police in charge made me fine to pay, but I don't have any clue to which bank and how should i fix this. All the pages that I have written in german language so I can't figure out anything.
