Tanong ko po kung paano ako makakakuha ng visa habang on going na poh ung annulment ko kc nakapagexam na ako sa german language last june 2013... kc 1 year lang un tas exam ulit kpg d ko pa naapply ung visa ko,,tanong ko pwd naba ako magapply ng visa?? Thanks

Hi po gusto ko lang po magtanong kung ano po kailangan ko sa fiancee visa po,Gusto ko na po ma kumpleto lahat ng requirements ko po,May boyfriend po akung foreigner he is military dun lang po sya asign na germany pero hindi naman po sua taga Germany,pero dun po yung punta ko, Hindi pa po kami kasal pero fiancee visa na po pinapaapply sakin kasi po dun po kmi ikakasal sa place po nila. My brother in law invites me for a tourist visa to attend the baptism of his son.when I had my interview,the German in the embassy checked my docents and he saw the marriage contract of my sister and brother in law.my sister got married in Denmark with a tourist visa and later register it in Germany.but the German in the embassy told me it's a problem.can somebody explain why it is a problem?is it illegal to marry a German if you have tourist visa?

I am Filipina my husband is German we are almost 4 years married
Last year my husband fly to Madrid for 1 month and i left behind here in the Philippines to process my visa so i can follow him and see the beauty of other country, with the thought that applying business visa is quickly because i am a wife of a German national but unfortunately i failed to get business visa as i was asked to present a marriage contract from Germany as a proof if our marriage is recognize in EU....i am confused right now because my husband only sent our original copy of our marriage contract to the renten service as info for his new status, but during those time we process our documents for marriage all was attested by the honorar consul and sent to Germany and then sent back to here after...please sir/madam help me how would i know if our marriage is register in EU and if i am recognize as a European spouse...

Gud day.. just ask if my fiance can get a cerificate of legal capacity in the embassy of germany in manila for contracting marriage in philippines.. and what requirements he must bring to the embassy.. thanks
i would like to ask what are the requirments to have the legal capacity, and is it possible that german embassy can release this document here in the philippines?. plus does the german embassy can translate an english to german with the phil.passport?
