Ich habe im März einen Europass beantragt und gleichzeitig die horrenden Gebühren von 4850 Peso bezahlt. Mein Antrag habe ich später zurück gezogen da mein derzeitiger Pass noch biss Mitte 2015 gültig ist, ich im moment die Summe sehr gabrauchen kann und sowieso ende Januar nach Deutschland gehe und dort den Passantrag stelle. Als ich den gezahlten Betrag zurück erhalten wollte wurde mir gesagt, der Passstellen Leiter Herr Köhler habe angeordnet den Betrag nicht zurück zu zahlen, da dafür keine Gesetzes Anordnung vorliege. Am Telefone Freitag den 12.Dezember sagte er mir Persönlich "bezahlt ist bezahlt zurück erstattet wird nicht. Für mich sieht das sehr nach missbrauch der Amtsgewalt aus.

Magpa follow up lang po ako about legal capacity ..matagal na po yong ducoment ko dito sa german embassy in manila for examination july 30 po ako na C.I tapos hanggang ngyon po wala pa rin results,... Please cn you help me po sobrang tagal na po namin ng hintay.. Salamat po .. Tulongan nyo po sa kami..!!!

moechte ich nur wissen warum niemand gehts am telefon fuer auskunfte,dafur ist telefon da.als alte leute wir sind nicht sehr am computer orientiert oder nicht alle leute kann diesem teuer computer kaufen.bitte nehmen sie ruecksicht auf diesem zurueck gebliebene leute wie ich.Meine FRAGE,ist wer ist zustaendig zum fragen weil meine man konnte nicht nach Manila fahren seiner reisepass zum erlaenge durch krankheit bedingt?
