Dear sirs,

May daughter - 15 years old, has applied for 2 week German Langugues Camp course in Frankfurt. After that she will stay back for 1 week with my Brother's family, they are German Residents. Then my husband and I will travel to Frankfurt under tourist visa to take her along for traveling to Paris and going back Vietnam in 1 -2 weeks later.

Please advise, in order to complete VISA document for my daughter, do we need to have any document from my brother's family for gauardianship? Please instruct

Quan liêu như Cộng Đồng Châu Âu đến thế là cùng!
Muốn làm Visa đi Châu Âu phải trình bày giấy tờ nhà cửa...đủ thứ, kể cả phải có vé máy bay đi-khứ hồi đặt trước. Phỏng vấn từ tháng trước, kết quả ok. Mười ngày trước đặt vé máy bay Departure 15/Dec. Lãnh sự quán Đức ở Tp.HCM hẹn 14/Dec cấp visa (có giấy hẹn hẳn hoi). Đến hôm nay, nhân viên lãnh sự quán bảo vì thủ tục làm chưa kịp, hẹn tiếp 3 ngày sau, kêu đổi vé máy bay, phí đổi vé tự lo. Ghét bỏ vé không thèm đi nữa.
Chỉ một thắc mắc là tại sao bắt người ta đặt vé, rồi kêu người ta đổi vé.
