Hello
I'm studying civil engineering at the University of Damascus, but stopped the study because of the security situation in Syria, and I want to complete my studies in Germany in order to go back to Syria to rebuild.
What are the conditions required and the necessary paperwork.
Thank you.
Abdulmajed Altarchan.
