Dear Sir / Madam,



I have a Palestinian travel documents from Lebanon, I have been in London since 2004, from 2004 until 2010 as student visa and I did a degree BA in Business and Management and now I have a work visa until end of 2012, I have an idea to move and complete a master degree in Germany, I have an enrolment letter from more than one university in Germany, so my question is: Can I apply from Lebanon with this passport? I am looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you.

I WAS BORN IN BERLIN ON 10/12/1980 AND TRAVEL TO LEBANON AFTER 8 MONTHS, MY FATHER HAD THE GERMAN NATIONALITY SINCE 1987 AND I WISH AND TRYING VERY HARD TO GET THE GERMAN NATIONALITY FOR THE SAKE OF MY CHILDREN.
