Dear Sirs:
I am citizen from Ecuador, South America. I will probably be hired for a short consultancy (less than one month) by one of the agencies of United Nations in a project that is carried out in Arbil. I would like to return to my country through Germany, where I would like to stay for about ten days.
Please tell me if it is possible to apply for the tourist visa for Germany in your consulate during my stay in Arbil?. The reason of not applying in Ecuador before my trip to Arbil is because all the appointmens are taken until june the 7th and I should be in Arbil before that date.
