How are you??

I would like to ask you about the possibility of getting germany Visa in Arbil consul for me and my sister,we are from sulaimany city
She (my sister) need special operation .we arrange all the required document with KLINIKUM BOGENHAUSEN in Munich.we transfer the cost estimate of the operation to the hospital in munich ..The hospital promise us to provide the Invitation and guarantee letter for both of us. i want to ask you about .......
1/ Is it possible to take Visa from ARBIL consul?
2/what are the required documents for this purpose??

I am Dr. Rafail S. Toma, head department of scientific affairs and higher studies at the faculty of Agriculture and forestry at the University of Duhok, Iraq, Me and a colleague of mine, Dr. Taha Z. Sarhan, have been invited by the University of Hannover, Germany to visit them to discuss and accomplish a protocol of cooperation between the departments of Horticulture at the both universities.
