Though I received brochure on DAAD funded international scholarships from your esteemed embassy, I couldn't find International Master of science in rural development(IMRD) in the international programs list, so could I apply to DAAD for this program or change it to programs in the list? Thanks

Ethiopia is situated in eastern Africa. The total number of population according to a central statistic authority estimated to be 80 million in 2007.The economy of a country is based on agriculture. From the total number of population 85% of their livelihood is relay on subsistence agricultural activity. For the last two decades, the country was lined with poverty and a number of people were died on war, illiteracy, poor infrastructure, HIV/ADIS and different economic problems.
Fortunately, Ethiopia is a now day change the livelihood of society on social, economical and political aspect. According to the IMF 2010 report the economic growth was reached 11%.The main reason to this, the country has been formulated good economic policy, expansions of primary, secondary and higher university to the whole society, the government gives a miracle improved seed and fertilizer to the farmers, as well as had created a strategic food reserve for the bad years.
My name is Bereket Balcha, an Ethiopian. I have BA degree in Economics from the famous university of Arbaminch. In now day, I am working on Development Bank of Ethiopia as a junior strategic planner. My big vision is to extend in MA or MSC any related field. However; I couldn’t afford school fee and accommodation due to my salary isn’t cover the cost.
Education is one of a backbone to the developing country to create the fruitful skill man power and alleviating a knowledge gap, technology gap as well as reduce poverty. As we know financial facility is the main circulatory system to enable a dream to real as to optimistic thought. Therefore, I would like to beg you to support me on idea and other facility.
