I called the emabassy to seek for information around 10:30 am in the morning. But the person who answered the phone advised me to call back again in the afternoon. My question is why is that a customer has to call again and again to seek information? How come an embassy as big as you don't have full time person who is responsible to provide information for customers? In my opinion one person should be available to provide information during the working hours. Or you should communicate this on your website saying that customers has to call ONLY in the afternoon if they are calling to seek information. Thank you!
