Sir, My father was born on 1926 at Kurumbagaram, Karaikal district, Puducherry. our family name was yagapin (Renociation) registered on 1884. I born on 1959. For a long period, I request french nationality as per the rule of minor during the period of french announcement in 1962 at Pondichery and on renociation act continuously. But, my request rejected many times. Sir, kindly confirm can i get french nationality as per french rule. As I have only necessary documents but no my ancestors.
