I am engaged to a girl in Pondicherry whose mother is a French national & holds France passport. My fiancé says that she holds france nationality paper, we are planned to get marry by November. Mean while we are interested to settle in France for few years. What is the procedure for me to obtain Permanent Residence or citizen ship to France?

I am from pondicherry, my grandma having 7 children , of them my father is the elder one , all the others are having nationality , he is the only one left out without nationality . If we ask why he is not eligible , he was said that he is born before 1962 or 1963 i dont know the year correctly. Is there any law like that , and can u give us any other suggestions to get french nationality , if i get nationality through you i will be thankfull for you forever

Can somebody advise, if Indian citizens on Indian passport & living in India want to go on ship cruise as part of Australian travel to New Caledonia & Loyalty Islands, do they still need visa even if they wont stay there for a night.

Dear Sir,
My wife's mother,brother are all obtained french nationality. I approached French consulate for my wife's nationality.since my elder son is above 18 yrs i was advised to put his details also along with her application and sent by registered post last year. As required I have submitted all the relevent papers/documents I haven't received any response from France. Is it possible to check the status of the application.Kindly advise.Can any one suggest my next move for the process.

hi i think u have to go to french embassy in pondy r someother place and ask for procedures . in future after ur marriage while u nd ur wife planning to move to france they will conduct some test for u sir oral test in french so start learning french to speak it became strict and cumpulsory sir all the best...
