I'm a cadet (seafarer) who applied for Schengen visa but was unluckily denied. The embassy requires me to have an experience in the Philippines before I can get a visa. I told the embassy that I'm a student and as per Commission on Higher Education requirement, we need to comply with the 1 year training on board before we can get the bachelor's degree. I'm a scholar in a certain maritime school in the Philippines and it happened that my sponsor is an international shipping company. I'm just thinking it would be quite unfair to my sponsor if I would apply to the local shipping company to get the experience that your good office is looking for. My sponsor gave me everything I needed in school and as a gratitude, I want to render them my service. I'm begging for reconsideration. Will it be possible? I'm looking forward for your positive response. Thank you and God bless!
