"I GOT DENIED"
Im just seeking for advice ASAP with regards for a consideration on my visa application. WHAT WILL I DO TO HAVE A VISA??? SHOULD A FILE A COMPLAIN IN THE EMBASSY? To give you some information of what is going on... we already made reservations in different hotels in Europe but the visa was denied. UNFORTUNATELY, we cannot refund the every expensive down payment!!!!

Rude French Embassy guys in Singapore
Arrogant and unfriendly - This is how I like to define the SG French Embassy. First of all, they are so difficult to get through to. Next, they dont even listen to your question and hang up even before you can ask the question. Last, if they do manage to understand your question, they will prefer not to answer it.
Why in the world are they so arrogant? I guess that is why people prefer different parts of Europe to visit and not France.

"very poor and rude customer assistance"
I'm so sorry to let you know that i had a bad experience talking to your customer service assistance in getting an appointment. They are very rude and it seems that they do not want to assist and answer a very simple inquiry. They would even hang up the phone after putting you on hold for almost 30minutes, while you can hear the background the laughters and untold stories of your staff.
