i'm an international referee of volleyball from algeria
and i'm nominated by the fivb (international federation of volleyball to attempt a tournement in almaty in kazakhstan,i received an official invitation from the kazakhstan volleyball federation but unfortunly there is no possibilite to do it in algeria what can i do to obtaine a visa for the periode of August from 12/08/ to 20/08/2013 ???
