Прошу проконсультировать по ситуации: 2 Граждана Ливии хотят приехать в Казахстан (деловая поездка), что нужно делать?
Могут ли они сами оформить себе визу или какая процедура, и какие документы нужны?
Еще по срокам, сколько уйдет времени на подготовку визы и можно ли сразу въезжать в страну, в нашем случае в г.Астана.
Или лучше оформить туристическую, или как поступить, чтоб процесс быстрее пошел.
