Be very careful it's a scam so don't fall for it my friend , by the way I am an Algerian like you who lived in the UK for more than 24years and I never heard of something like it so it's a pure scam(just une astuce pour qu'elle te vole ton argent),any way the consulate got in touch with me but I still have no response from them concerning my passport it is taking more than six and half months, I was told by them not to contact them or to phone them until they will let me know, I don't know who to turn too or who to write too.

Total mess and very poor service in the Algerian Consulate in London
I registered the birth of my boy in 2009 and when I went there last week to request for the 12S, I was very disgusted to hear that there was a mistake in my boy's first name in French language made by the Algerian Consulate in London. I was more than disgusted to hear that I should now go to the local tribunal in Algiers when me (the father) I was born and rectify the mistake. This is a total bureaucratic mess within the Algerian Consulate in London.

Hi I am an Algerian living in northern Ireland. I am trying to get in touch with the Algerian consulate in London but without any luck. I rang them many times but it is seams that they are not answering the phone, I sent them emails but no reply from them. I was wondering if there is any another number or other way to get in touch with them without me having to come to London. I will appreciate any help, Regards.
