Il me semble qu'il est possible d'obtenir le document S12 sans vous deplacer
utiliser votre micro (ordinateur) aller au cite consulat d'algerie a londres ou ailleur et vous trouverez des renseignement sur ce sujet.
meme en algerie on se deplace pas pour le s12.

I am 100% behind all this people. The office is in London so called consular is not even a consulor, it's an office with so many people in it no body knows what to do. The worse is La madam consul she is rude to every one and she has been for longer then any other consulor before here, nearly 7 years. She has here brother work for the consulor which is illegals under the staff rules and she has employed the daughter of the leader of the FLN party, get worse the daughter she came from Paris and she cannot even speak English.
So do you think they going to think about us or any body else.

if we know that the world call us thirth world ,we have to ask ourself whay?and whay the thirth world are always behind and whay the west is always better ?not because we are poor not because of petrol not because of governement nooo because of ourself our behaviour ,our akhlak profet peace be upon him said:l came to compleat good manners,problem is in how we are how we are treating other peoples how we are dealing between ourself,you go to any office in europe they will receive you with smile and they will tell you in what we can help you/how we can help you?and real help ,you will get all informations you need and really they are there to help you and to do all possible to solve your problem.and in our lovely country and with our self and our peoples opposit,he try to always make you more problem than you have ,they never give you right informations,and if they do something for yoiu its with mistakes.me my driving licence with wrong date of birth,my military card same mistake in date of birth and adress.my son passeport mistake in date of birth.if we cant do the most easy thing how we can do amelioration in any other thing??l want to transfert my registration Poland to Angland algerian ambassy ,so l see in web they write something l cakk to poland they say something different and when l call to london he ask me to see on web,its difficult to help.we will never change and for this reason l left my country and not for any other reason.may allah guid us.

ma fille est née à londres en 1992 et réside en france .elle a la double nationalité française et algerienne.dois je me présenter au consulat à londres pour demander l'établissement de son acte de naissance S12 en vue de compléter son dossier pour la délivrance du passeport biométrique auprés du consulat d'algérie à METZ (FRANCE). cordialement.
