i have called e mailed and no reply from you guys.I want to renew two passports and would like to know the time frame by when this will be processed if i lodge the papers this week.Please get back to me.Kpriti88@yahoo.co.nz
My brother sent his PP for renewal in feb which expired in may but still havent received it.In june our sister passed away in fiji so he too wanted to go in the funeral and we rang if you can give some sort of document that he can travel but he was denied with any help.Unfortunately he did not go.Is this a public service and whats the use ringing the emergency no.Mr mudliar and Fane were of no help at all.Anyones family can die so what should be done in this situation

Any idea if we have passport in Fiji now. For past 5 months it has been out of stock. My son is 6 months old now and yet to get his passport.
