hi there my partner was charged early this year with some family abuse convictions i am trying to work out if i need to do anything special in order to be able to go on holiday with him in January next year i dont want to book the tickets if he cant come and i will be going with my family and they know nothing about what happened so i am wanting to know if we are allowed to go on holiday for a week and how private will the matter be dealt with please get back to me thanks
