In Kampala you might need to wait months to pay the 2% and the arrogant female secretary who will soon travel to Canada after seeking asylum as a refugee is treating Eritreans like children! Imagine an Eritrean who is working at an Eritrean Embassy and who has a lot of power asking asylum by complaining against brutality of the Eritrean regime!!
Shame on the people who are in power - they will definitely pay the price of their arrogance soon since they are treating ordinary Eritreans like aliens.
