Good day, my sister is getting married to an egyptian. South african law requires a letter of no impedement for any forgeiner marrying a south african. Where can he get this letter? And what are the requirements?

I am writing this just to let everyone know that you are wasting your time using this site as you will not get any response as i have recently found out.I have requested information via this site and not had any feed back, the reason for using the site is the simple fact that no one at the Embassy will answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!
For those of you looking to do business with Egyptian businessmen/women, be warned that most are fraudsters and the commercial office cannot help you much when you find yourself in problems. Don't trust them so much. They are smooth talkers but don't mean what they say. Keep off that territory. It is worse now with political problems.
