Hello We are Manufacturer of Medical devices of Cardiology products, I got an email from Benin for big order of our balloons catheter and they said to send Proforma invoice directly without any second thought or sample request I have an doubt because without price discussion and samples requisition how can anybody order directly. We are a food exporter from NZ, and want to do trade in Benin. Is it legitimate to be asked to pay for legalization fees to allow our invoice to be paid.
