All necessary documents will be handed out to the applicant on the same day from 13.30 till 15.30 o'clock (Exception: Legalizations will be handed out on the following day). |

السادة المسئولين عن امتحانات ابناؤنا فى الخارج بالقنصلية
رجاءا استعجال نتيحة امتحان الدور الاول من مصر بأى وسيلة الكترونية ، امتحانات الدور الثانى على الابواب بداية من يوم 5 يوليه ، لا قدر الله فى حالة رسوب اى طالب فى مادة سوف تضيع عليه بذلك امتحانات الدور الثانى.

Here is what they write in newspapers in Cairo:
وذكر بيان للخارجية أنه تم بالتعاون مع وزارتى الاتصالات والتنمية الإدارية تطوير نظام جديد، يسمح لأى مواطن موجود فى الخارج بالتصويت فى أى لجنة دون اشتراط التسجيل المسبق، شريطة أن يقوم المواطن بتقديم أصل بطاقة الرقم القومى أو أصل جواز السفر المقروء آليًا.
As we see a citizen needs to submit either his Passport or National ID.
Please people in charge in Frankfurt Consulate confirm this information or explain what other information do you have.
