may I pls know the visa requirement for a tourist.

Could I visit Egypt by arrival visa at Cairo airport or Visa must be done in Accra. I have work permit in Ghana. I will go back to China and pass by Cairo and wish have 4 days visiting in Egypt. I don't I have enough time for Visa in Accra now. Could help me?
