Cual es la poblacion Ecuatoriana en Chicago? En que rango se encuentra la poblacion Ecuatoriana entre las poblaciones Latinas en Chicago? (1) Mexico, (2) Puerto Rico, (3)........etc. Apreciaria su pronta respuesta.

I have a question concerning obtaining a volunteer visa. Is that something I have to do before arriving to Ecuador or can I apply for it INSIDE the country? I understand that I cannot change a tourist visa to another type visa once there but I don't have a tourist visa.
What are the hours of operation for the Ecuadorian Consulate in Chicago?
Our daughter is traveling to Eucador next week on a church mission for one week. As parents we are very concern of her safety. What advice would you have? She is traveling with a group of 25 young adults with her church to drill for water.
Please send me the following information;
1) How much does it cost to obtain an apostle?
2) What documents are needed?
3) Is it possible to speak with the consulate general or someone from his office directly?
