Don`t kill them
WE, CITIZENS OF THE EU, we have chosen this way to protest about how animals are treated in Romania.
WE protesting against politicians who chose the savage way to solve the problem of stray dogs, solution that allows them to embezzle funds.
WE protestings against media that distorts the situation in Romania, refusing to inform about the national and international protests. We protest against media that incite hatred against animal and dog rescuers.
We condemn the decision of the interim mayor Gigi Matei to kill stray dogs in Valcea.
Today April 4th is International Day of stray animals.
Today we are their voice!

Blutbad in Rumänien
Mit Entsetzen nehmen wir wahr, dass Rumänien vor einem beispiellosen Massaker an wehrlosen Straßenhunden nicht zurückschreckt. Diesen Schritt quittieren wir mit Abscheu und Verachtung. Bitte kehren Sie um und geben Ihrem Land das Ansehen, das es verdient. Unterstützen Sie die Kastrationsprojekte vieler Tierschutzorganisationen! Andere Länder haben es auch geschafft, die Zahl der Straßenhunde zu verringern, ohne sie zu töten. Lassen Sie nicht eine solche Schande über Ihr Land kommen! Maria und Dr.Friedrich Groß, Hannover

Stop kill stray dogs
Dear Government of Romania.
Stop killing stray dogs! Stop that inhuman cruelty – stop war against dogs! Animals can feel pain – they have feelings. Please treat them with respect. Romanian animals are Romanians too! Please work toghether with foreign orgnizations that help you with their sterilization-programs. Let them work instead to hinder them! Please let your dogs travel to western Europe, please feed them. But stop kill them! This is certainly not your country that you want to see us! Please show us a friendly and respectful Romania. Like you treat your stray animals – you treat your people!

Massaker Romania
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I hope, you get the chance to read my email.

I just wanted to remind you that you are part of the European Union. You signed contracts. And you signed a contract saying that you receive funds to use for sterilisation and hosting the stray dogs in shelters. You are using these funds for anything, but not for what they were supposed to be used. YOU ARE VIOLATING THE LAW! And don’t think that the members of the European Union are not going to act on this, just because they haven’t done it yet.
I would like to point your attention to the fact that there are about 120.000 people all over Germany already (NOT counting the ones in France, Belgium, Spain, Finland etc etc) who are organising all kind of demonstrations, television and newspaper started to pick up on the subject. And demonstrations in Germany – THAT’ S HUGE! And our politicians won’t simply ignore when such a big number of habitants scream out loud! Because we got a good and fair political system. And – what’s making it worse for you: there will be elections in Germany in 2 weeks – meaning, that our politicians cannot afford to ignore us right now!
So – the consequences for you and your country will be immense:

1. there will be huge consequences from side of the European Union, which may even lead to Romania being kicked out of the EU. How do you want to finally help your country gain strength and avoid poverty when being kicked out of the only institution that might help you with this?
2. all the people demonstrating at this point all over Europe are also demonstrating in front of Airports and Travel Agencies. So far, we already got several agencies to stop promoting travelling to Romania! And we will continue until there is not one single tourist organisation left that will promote your country!!!

How are you going to survive if tourists stop coming to your country and trade partners like Germany, France etc will be missing? Then your economy will go all the way down (which is not far, given that you are already close to the bottom).

Since you have no use for phrases like ‘moral’, ‘heart’, ‘kindness’ and since you are simply to cultivated enough to realise that innocent animals are not responsible for you not being able to rule a country and to save your people from poverty, I suggest you at least accept the fact that, if you don’t stop the MASSACRE, your country is doomed to extinction!

was soll das in euerm Land Stoppt sofort das Abschlachten der Hund bei euch Ihr habt einen Vertrag mit der EU und Haltet euch daran und steckt nicht nur unser Geld ein Ihr seit Barbaren ich würde euch gerne sofort aus der EU werfen

Massentötungen der Straßenhunde in Rumänien
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Ihr Land ist Mitglieder der EU?!? Teile Ihrer Bevölkerung verhalten sich wie im Mittelalter, als die Pest ausgebrochen ist. Da wurden auch alle Katzen getötet und angebliche Helxen verbrant. Nur kann man diesen mittelalterlichen Menschen ihre Unwissenheit zu gute halten, aber was soll man Ihnen zu gute halten?!?

Wir leben im Jahr 2013 und bezeichnen uns als zivilisiert. Aber sind Sie wirklich zivilisiert?

Stoppen Sie das Hundemorden in Ihrem Land. Halten Sie sich an die EU-Verträge, die Sie unterschrieben haben.
