I received confirmation scholarship and admission letter for my study from University. Before Czech visa process, I need to do this Process 3. Validated MSc. diploma with documents related to the validation of your higher education.
Regarding this, please suggest me what should i do?

I have recently finished my +2 examination and the result is pending but I want to apply my working visa in Czech Republic . I don't know the language of Czech Republic so I am going to do the " TOFELS " . So , is it sufficent ?? or I have to learn the Czech Language . So, can I get working visa in Czech Republic ?
