I'm having the same problem and on the past they had consulate website up with all info and forms available . Now , you have to call the number in New York and you get this RUDE argumentative person on the other side . He barely listens to your question and wants to cut you off and keeps saying I'm asking stupid questions and he's very busy . I wish I didn't have to go there just so unprofessional and rude .
May I know your working hours and Do I need an appointment for applying a visa.
How do i get a new passport?
I have one that expires in Sept. 15
I live in Portland, Oregon
