What do I need to bring in order to obtain a visa for my husband to travel with me to travel..he has US residency but is a national of the Dominican Republic..I have both Croatian and US citizenship.
Easy way to have my birthcretificate from croatia, can I have in N.Y. in croatia consulate?
My two sons needed to make a CROATIAN putovnica and they went to the Consulate thy tolled them what they needed and they went back submitted everything all the necessary paper work. With in two and a half weeks they had there Croatian putovnica . Everyone needs to understand that you can not walk in any Consulate any where and expect to get all the answers especially with no correct paper work.
It is refreshing to see that the customer service of the bureaucracy of the 80s and 90s is still alive and well at the Croatian Consulate in New York. I called regarding my small daughters travel plans for the summer. The guy was unbelievably rude, cut me off, told me I was boring him, inferred I was dumb and HUNG up on me- twice. I am disgusted this is the face we put forward in New York!!!! Fire this man!
I have just called Croatian Consulate in NYC on the number above, twice. It is 3:08 pm. The phone is ringing, no one is picking up, and no answering service is responding either, no message, nothing. I consider this very, very unprofessional, especially considering that Croatia is becoming such an attractive tourist destination and that more and more people are trying to obtain information about travel there. One would think we do NOT have a consulate in NYC...
Other day I called Croatian Consulate and I couldn't believe the arrogance of a male individual , with no basic manners. This "gentleman" should go back where he came from he CAN'T represent Croatia. Real Croats are polite and always happy to help other people. SHAME on him, he doesn't deserve to sweep the floor in that office.
Please, for the benefit of our beautiful Croatia get him out.
please is so very important have professional people
Costumer service can make you and break you
If workers have to many hours You need hired more people
If costumers looking for information And somebody just cut them off with bad attitude (That's bad)
