I am here by humbly submitting my request to your esteemed Embassy concerning the above mentioned matter.
Am a South Sudanese, aged 24 years old. I sat for Uganda Certificate of Education in the year 2008 and I obtained First Grade (Division one) as per the the certificate. I have been stranded at home since then without hope of furthering my studies due to lack of support from family. Thus I kindly request your usual help to make my way through again. Am very much interested in studying Petroleum Engineering in your country.
