Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a South Sudanese who hold Diploma and desiring to upgrade. You are aware since the crisis in the country broke in 2013 it has left many households and families drop in their economy and starved as farm activities reduced not as usual before the crisis. however, although the government is striving to its utmost to bring peace toge%er with the populace and wellwishers, the future of the country is demanding our preparation which indeed I belief in good ties between the two goverments thus, South Sudan and China, South Sudan Youth shall be professionally prepared for the Nation future development.
I thus, will be grateful if ChinaGovernment will consider my application for future upcoming Scholarship for African Developing countries that may include South Sudan.
I intend to upgrade iin field of Computer Information Systems or any related ICT course.
Thanking you in advance.
