visiting Sudan
Howdy folks, I am a Canadian living in Angola, Africa and I want to visit Sudan for 10 days to see the Meroe Pyramids and other sights. Are things safe in Khartoum and that area? Also, does anybody know where I can get my visa? I am trying to phone the Interior Ministry of Sudan to find out where the closest embassy of Sudan is. I have phoned at least 20 times and nobody answers. I'm calling 249-183-782338, the number given to my by the Canadian Embassy in Khartoum. As mentioned, I live in Angola and am not affiliated with an NGO so cannot be fast tracked for a visa.
Hoping you kind people might have some info for me. Please email me at angolaenglish@gmail.com.
Thank you and a blessed New Year to all.
