Dear Canadian Embassy -Tripoli Libya Office, 
Im Rodel Lusterio and im a Filipino, from Phillipines and i am working here in Libya for almkst 2 years now this coming August. I am working right now as a medical worker in a hospital here in Al Ajelat general Hospital. 
I am applying to canada under the Manitoba Provincial Nom. Prog. I just want to ask a few questions about on how can i process my application whiles im still working here in Libya, and my questions are as follows;
1. Is't ok if i do my processing for my application to canada under MPNP here in Libya through your office (Canadian Embassy Tripoli-Libya).3. If no, can you give me some advices or ideas on how can i make my pocessing smoothly and convenient for me because im not familiar with the resources of this country.4. Which mailing addresses im suppose to use in my processing, do i need to use my address in the Philippines or i will choose to use my address here in Libya like the hospital address where i am working now.5. Do i need to go back to Philippines to do my processing application or i can do that here even if i am still here in Libya. 
Those are the qusetions that is running on my mind, becaused im afraid to go back in the Philippines and finish my contract here in Libya, where in i can still apply in Canada and do all my processings here in Libya. I can still finish my application here in while im still working at the same time. 
I am hoping that you will answer my questions, im sorry for all the this inquiries. I hope you will understand me, becaused rigth now im so troubled about on how and what im suppostedly to do.
