my daughter got her one year canadian passport and also canadian citizenship when she was a new born baby girl now a 14 years old grown up girl lives in iran she never been to canada right now i am visiting her and decided to take her with me to canada knowongly that canada cut the diplomatic tie with iran what am i suppose to da ?do i have to travell to turkey in order to fix the problem ? what documents do i have to carry and please let me know that how long the process will it takes

I gave my TRV application document in 14th May personally to embassy of Canada in Turkey.
When I contacted for the kind of application they didn’t answer me for several time and last time Canadian embassy sent me this answer:
“If you are self-supported and will not enter the labour force in Canada, whether paid or unpaid, and will not attend any educational institution you may apply for a temporary resident visa (TRV). You will need to provide a detailed explanation of your planned activities in Canada, explain how you will support yourself and provide evidence that you have enough funds to support yourself for the whole duration of your stay. “
So after tow month that I applied for TRV, they offer to me to apply for work permit!!!!!
I am a researcher and elite person that have been invited to have cooperation with Canadian university.
I asked you: Is the time of educational person important and valuable or not?
Are you respected to humans or not?
Why you answer to my application after tow month and refuse it by worthless reasons.
I don’t have any time to apply again and with this decision, you waste my summer opportunity to have a good research.
Please help me.

Do I need visa for visiting Canada as a tourist for a week from US?
If so, can i apply for a tourist visa from Turkey? Because i am in Istanbul for a while.
