I received an invitation letter for me and my wife Natalya Ukayli, Russian citizen, to attend the International Conference on FRP Composites in Civil Engineering 2014 to be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, from August 20 – 22, 2014. Please inform me what documents are required from us to get the Canadian visa.
Please can I and my wife get the Visa from Istanbul as there is no Canadian Consulate in Baghdad - Iraq.

My name is Samir Alsharif. I am from Aleppo, Syria. I am married and have 2 children, 5 and 8 years old. My daughter, eight years, had cancer when she was two years old and she got chemical treatment. Unfortunately, she had troubles during her surgery operation and because of a doctor's mistake, she cannot bee any more without catheter 3-4 times per day.
Now, because of the crisis in Syria.. we hardly can find these catheters or her other medicine. That's why we are asking to immigrate to help our child live peaceably and without pain.
