i am american born and have american passport,do i have a right to work in canada
Is it true that if I get a working holiday visa for the summer months, I won't be able to revisit Canada to work in a few years time? I heard this from a travel agent who said you can only apply for one working holiday visa during your lifetime, for a period of up to 2 years, so it would be wasted on a three month period.

I was in canada on a work visa overstayed got excluded and sent home .border patrol told me i could return after a year if i payed my fine . The year is up and now i have a job in b.c contacting me offering position and sponsorship.am i eligble to take the job and return amd if so do i do it through a company like usit as i did for my last permit or is there a different medium for sponsored work and how long would it take as the job is for the summer 2013 and it is now dec 2012.really need some assistamce on this one awaiting a reply @ neilm18@hotmail.com
