I am applying for a Tourist visa to Canada and the visa office that I have to send my application is in Pretoria SA.
My question is that, is the Visa office accept a self pre-paid envelope for returning stamps as a coupon stamps?, which is available in a colis expres.

The cost told to me to get a new canadian passport from the consulate whilevin south africa was $3000 dollars. Was this a legitimate figurevor have I been scammed? Also, the passport is only good for one yr.
