ABOUT NAIPLAVAS AND NAGENVAS
CALLISTA JEFFERSON & ASSOCIATES
Immigration Lawyers
45 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 1000
Montreal, H3Z 3L5, Canada.

ATTENTION GENERAL PUBLIC!

Anyone interested in an organization called NAIPLAVAS or NAGENVAS shouldnt pay the sum of $235 according to their them, which regards visa and work permit processing fees...after you pay the $235 they promise to post the visa documents by Air.Please remember they are FRAUDSTERS,Read below a reply after a successful transaction of $235.

Attn: Applicant,

We wish to inform you that your work permit/visa documents processing has been completed and fully endorsed accordingly by the immigration authority. However, at the Naiplavas Applicants' visa approval finalization meeting with the CIC Officials to receive all applicants' visa confirmation documents for dispatching, an applicant’s "security deposit" was requested.

The superior officer of the CIC made a statement at a brief finalization meeting, that the security deposit has become necessary to ensure that applicants respect the conditions of their work permit/visa status and to prevent breach of contract as experienced in the past. This is the reason why the CIC in the course of all applicants work permit processing has demanded for a mandatory refundable security deposit of $3,000 (Three Thousand Dollars) from Each Naiplavas Applicant before their work permit/visa and employment documents could be released to them. The deposit will be refunded to all applicants at their arrival in Canada.

This will stand as a proof that applicant intend to abide by his/her work permit condition, which is to work Under Naiplavas Management for a period of three (3) years until the first phase of his/her contract is completed. Applicants after arriving here in Canada will appear in person to retrieve his/her refundable security deposit fund at the Naiplavas Office in Montreal, Canada.

All Naiplavas Applicant work permit approval documents have been endorsed and the confirmation have been sent to the Naiplavas Management, but the original copies of your work permit/visa documents will be deliver to you through courier along with your flight ticket, copy of your Insurance Coverage Certificate and the official letter of appointment after the confirmation of the security deposit payment is presented to the CIC. You should contact Naiplavas Management on how to make your “Refundable Security Deposit”.

This is a special request from the Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC) and must be met before any work permit/visa documents will be released. We appreciate your cooperation and regret any inconvenience this may cause you. It is expected that you make your position known to us within 72hrs after the receipt of this message so that Naiplavas Management can proceed with your accommodation arrangement and your flight ticket booking and confirmation. The original copies of all documents will be sent to you after your security deposit confirmation.

Regards,
Mrs. Callista Jefferson,
NAIPLAVAS IMMIGRATION LAWYER,
MONTREAL-QC, CANADA.
