Take my greeting. Hope going on well by the grace of almighty God. I need your help to save myself, my two daughter and my family and some sufferer honest people. I am a Bangladeshi by born. I am a retired person. I served 25 years various position in Grameen Bank. Among 25 years I served 4 years in Costa Rica Grameen project funded by USA. So I had Costa Rican temporal residency and 5 years US multiple visa. I also associate with a NGO in Bangkok Thailand. There with the help of Mr. Constantine Demonteverde, a citizen and group tour specialist of Vancouver of your country I tried to make a 13 person group tour in your country(Form attached). According to his advice and demand I paid for 10 person e-ticket cost (3389*10=33890 USD) to http://www.flightcentre.ca/ in Hong Kong as per the quotation of the flight center(Attach) and for 13 person visa fees 2600 usd. But Mr. Constantine fail to make visa and he gave me a AGF diplomatic travel logbook and he told that with that diplomatic he will make the tour in Canada. We think this is also false (Attach). He told per diplomatic need more 3000 usd. But we are not believing. We abandoning the tour and told him and the flight center to refund our money as per quotation refund policy. But they are showing lame and false excuse. Now told one mistake and problem made in flight center Canadian head office so need to go there. In this regards I need your personal help to issue me a Canadian visa to settle the problem amicable. Please noted that I have 15 month retirement visa in Thailand. I assure you that I will not go there for living or other purpose. For this transaction my family is in stake position but without going to flight center head office in Canada may not be solve the problem. So I need your help. After getting your assurance I shall submit my visa application and passport with due fees. Waiting to hear from you . God bless you.
