I am Benin Citizen, residing for now in Togo; grew up and studied and worked in France. I am a former employee respectivly by USAID, ADB and an european Company in France.
I am a Consultant in Tourism /Travel and Interpreter/Translator French/English.
I happened to write two books in French for now and am willing to move to Canada for their publication.
I, then, wish to know what type of visa I need as a writer.

i became friends with a Canadian in Victoria,called Kate Forist about a month ago. She introduced me to a programme CANADIAN RECRUITMENT FOREIGN WORKERS PROGRAMME(CWRFP). She told me i could apply for a job and work for three months after which, the firm would sponsor my postgraduate because i am a graduate form UEW. She directed me to the africaasia zonal office and the secretary sent me a mail requesting my passport number and other confidential details. Is the programme true?
CAN I WORK FOR THREE MONTHS IN A FIRM AND BE SPONSORED FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDIES?
