AM A GHANAIAN AND I HAVE RECEIVE JOB APPLICATION OFFER FROM CANADA IN GOLDEN NUGGET AND CASINO HOTEL.I DID ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION WITH THE HOTEL SUCH AS AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT FORMS,AFTER THAT I WAS HANDED OVER TO THE CANADIAN IMMIGRATION.AND THEY ALSO ASSES ME AND THEY INTERVIEWED ME,MADE ME DO MY MEDICALS AND POLICE REPORT.IN THE INTERVIEW WITH THE CANADIAN IMMIGRATION THEY ASKED ME WHERE TO RECEIVE MY VISA AND I ANSWERED ACCRA GHANA,SO WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR THEM TO CONFIRM MY VISA PROCESSING THEY SAID I HAVE TO GO NIGERIA FOR MY VISA AND AUTHORIZATION PIN CODE SO I WAS CONFUSED AND WROTE TO THE CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION IN NIGERIA AND THEY REPLIED SAYING IT MIGHT BE A JAM OF MESSAGE SO I SHOULD CONTACT THEM AGAIN.AND I DID AND NOW THEY SAY THEY WILL MAKE ME RECEIVE IT FROM GHANA.SO PLEASE DO HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY $C315 FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE VISA AND PIN CODE.SO HOW SECURE IS THIS OR DO I HAVE TO COME ALONG WITH MY DOCUMENTS TO THE EMBASSY FOR MORE INFORMATION.

I am in a situation right now where I am dealing with my Embassy the Canadian Embassy here in Manila Philippines.
I arrived here in the Philippines May 8,2008 and when I got to the immigration boarder at NAI 1 in Manila the immigration officer told me that I am blacklisted from the Philippines. He took my passport and let me proceed into the country and told me to pick up my passport at the B.O.I. When I went there to collect my passport and to investigate this blacklist they told me at the B.O.I that they do not know where my passport is.
I was suppose to be staying in the Philippines for only 3 weeks and within the 3 weeks could not locate my passport. I was stranded. The Canadian Embassy in Manila did not help me at the time. In 2009 went to the Canadian Embassy again asking for help and Financial assistance. Still no help.
Now it's 2011 and surviving on my own and went yet again to the Embassy this year asking for help. They still gave me a run around with excuses and dead ends. Till I went to a radio station for help to get in contact with a Immigration lawyer that works at the B.O.I office. With luck they found a receipt saying that my passport was forwarded to there office May 9,2008 but there is n0 passport there in there office till this date.
The lawyer said that this is not my fault on what has happened and said it's the Immigrations fault. No blacklist has been issued for me but still yet the Canadian Embassy here in Manila is still refusing to help Financially for supporting me and also for my travel back to Canada. they would rather have family or friends take that burden on. So they contacted family and friends and no one can help for my plane ticket going home! Who do I sue here for idiotic behaviour?

Pls help me apprehend Mr. Robert Javier of RJM,Alberta, Canada for letting me swift $1000 to his bank in the USA. with the intention of operation a PPP/HYIP.
After siging agreements and swifting the money to him, i have never heared from him two weeks down the line, he refuse to answer his phone, although according to agreement, he is to pay me $500 weekly.
i have copies of Contrac/ Agreement we both signed, My UBA bank statement showing the swift transmitted from my account to his account, and the recipt when i put in the request.
i want him apprehended because he is doing so to thousands of other people,
pls reply asap, i am ready to send all documentation.

A recruitment agency in ghana intend to secure manpower job for me in vancouver canada as fish packing,fruit packer in duke everest fishing ventures and Bonnie lee company all in vancouver canada have requested me to send my international passport to their office in accr ghana through DHL OR TNT,for canada visa process of two yrs work permit ,fees is $5800 dollar ,that it's five to eight working day it wil be out in canada embassy in ghana,they told me that the above mention fishing company wil send my flight ticket that i shall fly either from my country or ghana direct to the company in vancouver.pls i want to know if this agency operating in ghana are real or fraud,and how long does it take to get canada work permit in canada embassy in ghana.pls prompt information wil be appreciated because am struck with this agencies,contact mankingo2007@gmail.com
